SERVICE DIATHERMIC OIL
1. PLANT START UP SYSTEM
An intervention consisting in several operations aimed at the start up of diathermic oil plants, heat exchangers and boilers. It allows to obtain full function of the circuit in a short time with maximum productivity avoiding problems related to water or air leaks or other contaminants which could stretch the ignition timings, delaying its use.
2. PLANT CLEANING SYSTEM
An intervention consisting in several operations designed and developed for plants and circuits with a life of between 0 and 15 years. This allows to maintain the plant and the liquid clean removing any contaminants such as sludge or metal chips which can lower the the thermal efficiency of the plant and fluids as well as causing damage, malfunctions and /or excessive wear to parts of the plant (pumps, valves, drains, measuring instruments, etc.) causing an increase in its maintenance and replacements.
3. OLD PLANT CLEANING SYSTEM
An intervention consisting in several operations designed and developed for plants and circuits with a life over 15 years o which have serious sludge and/or carbon deposit problems. It allows to maintain the plant and fluid clean by removing the sludge deposits in the tube bundles which over the years can cause a decrease in the thermal exchange inside the tube bundles.
4. EMERGENCY WATER REMOVAL – PLANTS
A system made up of several operations designed and developed specifically for plants with moisture problems and/or water contaminants. It allows the elimination of water and humidity from the plant and fluid by restoring in a very short amount of time the operating conditions, efficiency and optimal performance expected by the plant and fluid.
5. EMERGENCY WATER REMOVAL- TANKS
A system made up of several operations designed and developed for small, standard and storage tanks and barrels contaminated by humidity or water. It allows to restore the original conditions of the stored contaminated diathermic fluid.
6. SAFETY GAS REMOVAL
A system made up of several operations designed and developed together with the University of Pavia for plants with gas and light fraction problems generated by the fluid. It allows to increase the oil Flash Point, the elimination of gases and increase of the safety conditions of the fluid and plant.
7. PLANT MAINTENANCE
A control plan and ongoing monitoring of the plant, circuit and fluid. It is made up of several operations which allow to carry out precautionary and preemptive maintenance, granting a reduction in maintenance costs, a decrease in the probability of a plant shutdown as well as ordinary and extraordinary plant management. Furthermore it allows the evaluation and management of thermal efficiency, emergency technical interventions (due to plant shutdowns, etc.) within 24 hours, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day in order to facilitate its restart.
8. TECNICAL TRAINING
Specific training for the technical staff working on the diathermic oil circuit. It enables the staff to know how to manage the plant with greater awareness, to recognize warning signs or abnormalities preventing shutdowns, increasing the volume of production, prolonging the lifetime of the fluid and the daily management safety level.
9. OIL CLEANING SYSTEM – TANK
A system made up of several operations designed and developed for used and contaminated oil located in small, standard and storage tanks and barrels. It allows to eliminate the contaminants (sludge, scrap iron, other contaminants, etc.) from the fluid and its reuse in the circuit avoiding its disposal.
10. ANALYSIS AND THERMAL EFFICIENCY CALCULATION
An assessment of the diathermic fluid, the plant and its thermal efficiency through our private laboratory. By means of ASTM methods following in force safety and analysis regulations, it allows to determine the state of degradation, efficiency, safety and performance of the fluid and plant.
