Oil Service was born in 1991 from an idea of its founder Mr Tani.
Based on his initial experience in the field as a technician of lubricants and industrial oils, Mr Tani develops the idea of bringing new solutions to the sector of diathermic and hydraulic oils to protect the life of the systems, saving on the costs of managing and replacing industrial oil charges; he realizes and patents specific machinery for this purpose.
Over time, Oil Service grows and specializes more and more in its interventions, investing on the quality and efficiency of the result, aiming to improve the oil conditions but above all by paying attention to the performance and safety of the system in a preventive perspective for the customer.

OVER 30 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
Oil Service in more than 30 years has done the following things:
RESTORED BLOCKED AND OBSTRUCTED SYSTEMS
from the presence of sludges and carbon deposits, formed inside the plumbing, which, in addition to clog the valves, can alter the thermal performance of the fluid.
RESTORED THE STANDARD SECURITY AND WORKING CONDITIONS
in company in which the presence of gas inside diathermic oil systems, due to the degradation of the fluid, entailed a risk of fire and explosion.
REMOVED FERROUS RESIDUES
in new or old systems that have been in use for years formed by welding or repairs; the ferrous residues can damage the oil circulation pumps, often with unexpected consequences.
DECONTAMINATED SYSTEMS FROM WATER LEAKS
due to breakage of exchangers, evaporators or polluted oil load, which can create: anomalies on the circulation, oil leaks from the expansion tank or burner block, with consequent production delays. In line with this view of improving the quality and the service in order to increasingly satisfy customer needs, Oil Service has expanded and enhanced its offer of solutions, introducing new ones which would allow it to increase the effectiveness of its work.
For this purpose Oil Service researched and formulated a line of non-toxic diathermic fluids which are completely miscible with any oil mineral or synthetic, currently on the market, able to act as a definitive cure for the problems encountered by the degradation of fluids, and to increase the very same plant performance.
