LABORATORY OF ANALYSIS
Our Organization, with a certified quality system ISO 9001, has suitable and advanced instruments for performing chemical and physical tests for the general characterization of the oils examined. The instrumentation undergoes calibration sessions at regular intervals to ensure the results’ repeatability.
In compliance with the ASTM and ISO current standards, Oil Service offers to its customers a monitoring service of the system oil, so that we are able to evaluate the mechanical condition of the lubricated equipment in order to prevent any breakdowns or malfunctions.
In this way, through predictive maintenance, we are able to work together with our customers, guaranteeing an interval reduction in the lubricant replacement with a consequent decrease in terms of consumption and costs.
The laboratory carries out an analysis and evaluation of the state of the fluid (diathermic, hydraulic, etc.) assessing whether it can be kept in operation or whether it has begun a phase of degradation that could lead to the charge replacement.
The analyses are done according to the international current standard legislation (ASTM, UNI 8061, NAS, ISO 4406, etc.) and so their results are completely comparable in full transparency.
A technical report will be drawn up in a few days in which the analysed data, the causes, the risks and the possible solutions for the restoration of the operating and safety conditions of the fluid will be indicated, avoiding the risk of replacing the entire charge.
APPLICATIONS
DIATHERMIC OIL
ANALYSIS
Evaluation through our in-house laboratory of the state of the diathermic fluid, of the system and of its thermal efficiency. It allows through the use of ASTM methods, in compliance with the safety and analysis standards, to assess the degradation status, the efficiency, the safety and performance of the fluid and the system.
HYDRAULIC AND LUBRIFICANT
OIL ANALYSIS
Evaluation through our in-house laboratory of the system and fluid state. It allows through the use of ASTM, ISO and NAS methods, in compliance with the safety and analysis standards, to assess the degradation status, the efficiency, the safety and performance of the fluid and the system.
AGE TEST PLANT
This test allows to evaluate the real working conditions of the system.
In this test some variables and values are taken into consideration regarding the system and the diathermic fluid used and they are put in relation based on their usage and operation. The resulting value verifies the working status and the efficiency of the system.
The test allows to evaluate the “ANTIAGE” solutions that are able to rejuvenate the efficiency and the system usage.
