SYSTEM INTERVENTIONS

Through its diathermic oil assistance interventions, Oil Service is able to start up new or old diathermic oil systems, manage systems and fluids by preventing downtime or malfunctions, restore the efficiency and safety conditions of fluids and systems, extend the life of the fluid and system avoiding replacement, lowering management costs and routine maintenance interventions.

NO STOP PRODUCTION

Our maintenance interventions for diathermic oil systems allow you to fine-tune the system without stopping production.
For example, we carry out hot oil treatment interventions, hot water and gas removal, connecting our powerful filtering machines to the system’s circulation while it is in operation, without forcing the customer to stop.

PLANT START UP SYSTEM

Intervention consisting of different operations aimed to start for the first time the system, the exchangers and diathermic oil boilers. The system becomes fully operational in a short time gaining maximum productivity and this intervention avoids issues due to water, air or any other seepages, which may make the start operations longer to perform delaying the system use.

PLANT CLEANING SYSTEM

Intervention consisting of different operations formulated for systems and circuits with an age between 0 and 15 years old. It allows to keep the system and the fluid clean by removing contaminants such as sludges or metal wastes that may cause the system and the fluid thermal performance to lower, beside breakages, malfunctions and/or excessive use of some system parts (pumps, valves, drains, measuring instruments, etc.) causing an increase in terms of maintenance and substitutions.

OLD PLANT CLEANING SYSTEM

Intervention consisting of different operations formulated for systems and circuits which are over 15 years old with serious sludges and/or carbon deposits problems. It allows to keep the system and the fluid clean by removing the sludges deposited inside the pipes throughout the years which may cause a decrease of the heat exchange within them.

OIL CLEANING SYSTEM – TANK

Intervention consisting of different operations formulated for used and contaminated oil held in storage tanks, cisterns and barrels. It allows to eliminate the contaminants (sludges, ferrous residues, other contaminants, etc.) from the fluid and it allows the oil to be reused inside the circuit avoiding the disposal.

CHANGE OIL PLANT

Intervention consisting of different operations that substitutes the diathermic oil charge in a short time and cleans the circuit from sludges and deposits.

EMERGENCY WATER REMOVAL – PLANTS

System made of different operations formulated specifically for systems with humidity problems and/or with water contamination. It allows to eliminate water and humidity from the system and the fluid reactivating the working conditions with optimal efficiency and productivity in short time.

EMERGENCY WATER REMOVAL – TANKS

System made of different operations formulated for storage tanks, cisterns and barrels contaminated with humidity or water. It allows to restore the original diathermic fluid conditions.

SAFETY GAS REMOVAL

System made of different operations formulated together with the University of Pavia for the systems with gas and light fractions issues generated by the fluid. It allows to set an higher Flammable Point for the oil, plus the elimination of gas and the increase in terms of safety conditions for the fluid and the system.

PLANT MAINTENANCE

Continual control and monitoring plan of the system, of the circuit and of the fluid. It is made of different operations and it allows to perform preventive maintenances, allowing the reduction of the costs, the reduction of system downtimes, the reduction of maintenance interventions both regular and extra ones. The Plant Maintenance allows to judge and manage the system thermal performance, the emergency calls (due to system downtimes, etc.) of technicians in 24h 7/7 and 24/24h to support the system restart.

RESULTS OF DIATHERMIC OIL MAINTENANCE

Many of Oil Service’s diathermic oil assistance interventions are aimed at improving the efficiency of the system. Before and after each maintenance intervention, a measurement of the efficiency of the system is carried out through specific analyses on international parameters, and a certificate is issued showing the efficiency values.

The results and the related economic impact on 3 of the many companies that commission us for assistance and maintenance are shown below. The numbers are very clear: the resulting savings are so great that it would be a shame to give them up.
